Post PGM model differences
What are the main technical differences between the PGM models. I'm considerin getting a PGM301 (my first PGM 8) ) and wonderin about the best one, the differences. As a lowly UK person the only ones i can get are the PGM30 and the PGM301.

cheers

No many differences are there between pgm model's:
pick ups that can be paf-pro, the tone zone, super distorition, humbucker form hell;
headstock can be reverse or normal;
the beatle one i think has a baritone scale neck and the bridge is alwalys fixed for Paul!
you can tap the hole of the pgm 30 floyd bridge as paul does searching into tutorial section from the www.projectguitar.com site.
all models have a 0.033 capacitor on volume pot except the pgm 30 that doesn't has di marzio's

Each model is different.

I could list them all, but it would be a long list LOL!!

The 301 would be an excellent choice ;-)

thanks for the help.

I was under the impression that certain PGM have magic fairy dust spinkled on em or something.

hmmmm maybe they do????

If anyone owns one of these fairy magic PGMs then please inform us all of its magicness.

A PGM will make a perfect addition to my guitar family.

p.s. Howdy yall, i'm tom.

You know I was just commenting on that. "the british are coming" "the british are coming" Are there a lot of shred fans on "the other side of the pond"? I thought you were all into the Spice Girls? :twisted:

I'd like to thank you all for your humorous tv shows and the Prisoner while I have a chance... :D

SPICE GIRLS SPICE GIRLS?????

how dare you!!! lol

Yes the british are taking over. I love my shred. cd collection consists mainly of vai and gilbert, with lots of satriani, jason becker, greg howe, marty friedman, as well as plenty of al dimeola, john mclaughlin and paco de lucia. oh yeh and we've all got to have the healthy dose of 80's stuff (poison, skid row etc) its a must!!
