Everyone on here is probably aware that Ron Wood was in the Faces before the Rolling Stones.

I've heard that he was also in the Jeff Beck Group as a bassist.

I'm just now starting to learn about the band Cactus, but I've heard that Rod Stewart and Jeff Beck briefly played together in Cactus, after the Jeff Beck Group. From what I understand, they both left before the band recorded any albums. Reportedly, Rod Stewart left Cactus to join what became the Faces and Jeff Beck left Cactus because of a car accident that temporarily left him unable to play guitar.

Jeff Beck and Cactus rhythm section Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice later played together in Beck, Bogert, and Appice.

I've heard that Cactus drummer Carmine Appice later played with Rod Stewart as a solo artist, but I don't know a lot about this.

(Well, that's all KIND OF Rolling Stones related.)

Oh, yes... I listened to the new Rolling Stones song.
