Bejeezus!

I mean.......

How?!

You'd think he devotes at least as much time to playing classical as he does metal.

He somehow used the space-time continuum to find a 48 hour day, didn't he?

Ya, I've seen that before.

Although he's good at it, there's nothing really impressive about his classical playing. I'd say he's just an average classical guitar player.

Check out this guy, and you'll see what I mean:

Ok, we need to clarify some terms here.

I'm an "average" classical guitar player. Nothin' special.
That guy you posted is obviously smokin', Sir Robin! Clearly! More of a flamenco style though, advanced as it is.

That said, I'm just as impressed with Chris' classical videos as I was yesterday!
And I think it's safe to say.......

Chris is not average.

I guess our views of certain levels of guitar playing get biased as we become fans of guys like Paul Gilbert, Zakk Wylde, Steve Vai, Buckethead etc.

Just as I was saying to someone the other day: there's a few guys who amaze me somply by their chops. I feel a need of much more complete musical language, nowadays, it seems.
