He's a good player, although sometimes it feels like he's using too much gain on the slow parts, or maybe I just lost my taste for lots of gain :P

Pretty awesome shit. He says he's getting all that out of his POD X3 with minimal post which is hard to believe. If I can make myself get over how the leads are maybe too far back in the mix compared to the (still cool) chugging heavy rhythm parts I might pick his album up.
