So if anybody saw the show with Billy Sheehan and Ace Frehley this week, during "Stump The Trunk" an Australian chic asks Eddie: "guitarrist Paul Gilbert who's in Mr. Big with Billy was in what band before he joined Mr. Big? And Eddie GOT IT WRONG!!! He tried to play it off by saying he thought she was asking about Billy and not Paul, and that "of course he knew about Racer X....... Yeah right..... Eddie Trunk doesn't know half as much as he thinks he does about Metal....

Don't be so hard on Mr. Trunk. I'm sure he did know about Racer X and really did think the question was about Billy. You can see it when he starts answering and mentioned UFO, etc.

Paul is supposed to be one of the guest guitarists this season?

I can verify that Eddie absoultey knew about Paul Gilbert being in Racer X. I've heard him talk about Racer X and Paul on many occasions during his radio show over the years. I honestly do believe that he thought she was asking about Billy and not Paul.
