Since its missing from the 2011 catalog we may not get any official details from Ibanez till summer NAMM. We can still hope an announcement will happen this month at winter NAMM, but after looking through the catalog I'm not counting on it.

Indeed; though he mentions the Red Fireman might be mass produced in that video there's no reason to believe he's playing a prototype, I think most people just jumped to that conclusion. The lighting is completely different in those 2 videos which probably explains the perceived difference in opacity. In a lot of videos the PGM Orange looks solid orange or sometimes even brownish, but in reality it is actually a bit transparent as well and quite orangey.
