Post PHP Errors
Yeah, I know there was a bunch of PHP errors just then.

I've just upgraded PHP and had a minor configuration problem.

If you spot any problems with the board, please let me know.

Been quite a few hours since it's been fixed and all seems well. Thank you for fixing the issue.

I'm rebuilding the search index now. It will probably take a couple of hours :-)

Ok, the search index has been rebuilt.

It all seems fine to me, but if anyone is willing to test it and let me know how they find it: please let me know :-)

what I notice, is any post I don't visit, continually shows up as UNREAD no matter how many times I visit. Is that related?

I've just been using the "Mark forums read" button at the bottom of the main page.

It does that with everyone, I think.

I haven't actually gotten that problem, or at least I haven't really seen it happen for myself.

Something similar happens to me. When I log-in and click on 'View new posts' the forum shows me a lot of posts, some from the previous week.. I just want to see any new topic since my last visit.
Is it possible?

Thanks for your efforts Tom! :D

I think it's a default feature. Therefore, unrelated. Then again, I'm not Tom but I'm pretty sure it's not an error.

You are correct, sir.

That was pretty much the number one requested feature for phpBB2. I'll see if I can turn it off if it bothers people :-)

I actually prefer it.
It means that if I have a quick look at the board in the evening, everything I didn't read will still be unread the next morning so I don't miss anything.
It used to be annoying with everything being marked as read without me reading it.
Now once I am done with the threads I want to read, I just click to mark everything else 'read'.

I agree, the same thing happened with me.
