Im Ipswich

to be honest i wouldnt recommend doing the video from start to finish

The main problem at high level playing is the risk of injury, and it can be easy to contract some sort of playing related problem such as RSI, Carpel tunnel etc.

When doing something as demanding as the Gambale video the chances are you will push yourself harder and further than your body should be pushed in order to keep up with Frank, this could be very dangerous!!

just be careful

It's an awesome video (and very tough)!
Some chapters are easier for me than others, and I haven't followed it verbatim from beginning to end, but I've benefitted from at least taking it in sections.

I really liked the chapter with all 7 scale modes in
major,
harmonic minor,
& melodic minor.

Before watching the video, I was oblivious to that layout.
So for me, it was even a bit educational.
