Not me anyway...
I've listened to some Jeff Loomis music... he's very good... sadly I don't like progressive music.
Classic heavy metal à la Second Heat for the win!

Nevermore? Progressive?
Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
I've seen Nevermore live once (I belive Chris Broderick was playing with them ...it was 2006), and I did not like it. It is heavy and has awesome shred, but dooesn't do anything to me.

GET HIM!
Define prog then?... I thought Dream Theatre was prog... so whenever I hear a band that reminds me of Dream Theatre I guess it is prog.
So, where did I go wrong?

But in all honesty, that shouldn't matter much. Never shy away to get into a certain band just because it's/it's not prog.

I love Nevermore. One of my favorite bands.
Loomis is freaking awesome.
I believe they are known as Progressive Metal, not P. Rock.
I can't wait for this CD. I agree the vocals take a while to get used to, but they are tons better than cookie monster growling.
