Post New PGM?
From Rich @ Ibanez Rules NAMM 21010 report which you can see at ->

http://www.ibanezrules.com/namm/2010/index.htm

Here's an excerpt which dropped my jaw

STM1WH - Herman's partner in crime get's his own model and obviously he likes Icemans! Mahogany body, 5 piece maple/walnut Wizard II thru neck, 24 Jumbo frets [the only 24 fret Iceman I believe made to date, possibly why Gilbert has a new Iceman model in the works, I thought for himself but after seeing this it just may be for general release]

AAAIIIGGGHHH!!! PLEASE BE TRUUUUUUUUUE!

The link posted above is to Rich's main report. If you choose the link that has 'PG' in it and scroll down to the Sam Totman sig guitar, you will see the part that I pasted. Yes, it's only a rumor so I can dream, can't I? A Japanese made Iceman? Damn skippy I'm-a gonna dream.

Other fun news, the 401 is going up $400 bucks USD on 2/1 (or 1/2 if ye be European)

Yeah, I saw that too..... please let that rumour be true, because I have been dying for a MIJ iceman for a long time!!!!! Especially if it were in a price range in reach of mere mortals!

If he knows anything about it, I doubt he can say anything solid on it. Rich is VERY good at keeping Ibanez secrets. This was more of a guess on his part. Yes, let's hope it's true because I don't wanna wait for Paul's 25th anniversary for a new model.

But why iceman?
Why not a budget Fireman?
Or did Rich misunderstood? Let's hope so

Isn't this old new though because the STM1WH isn't a new guitar!
Maybe Rich is referring to the Fireman from last year??

Rich recycles the same text year to year.

This was first posted in 2008, so it's talking about the Fireman. Sorry Jack!

Regardless, Ibanez will never make an affordable Fireman. Dream another dream, that dream is over.
