He's gone up the Stairway to Heaven...
Rest peacefully my brother. See you on the other side someday.

I was talking to Jason a couple of weeks ago and he was showing me his latest creation. He called the paint the EVH swirl cause of the colors.

This is such a shock....from my experience Jason is a nice guy who has always been helpful and informative on the forums The first name I would think of whenever visiting the pgm section would be him It is very sad to have to see him leave and my deepest consoldence goes towards his family and loved ones.
R.I.P Jason

Oh no!
Jason was one of the nices members around. He was always very helpful and kind. I'm sure he was a nice person as well.
This is very sad news.
RIP, Jason. We'll alway remember you, man!

A massive heart attack took our friend Jason on January 5th.
I understand that to most of us, we are all just user names and computer screens, but Jason and I had become friends over the years. We often talked about things not even related to guitars, and he never failed to get a laugh out of me.
I am going to miss my friend.

I would encourage everyone to sign the guestbook (link in first post) to let Jason's family know just how much Jason was enjoyed by the Racer X family.

That was joke based on EKG's awesome and extensive PGM collection.
Eddie's last name is Kolesar.

Jason was one of the biggest advocates in Kolesars Awareness. And he's posted before about how he's tried to get wikipedia to recognize it in the past.

Thank you for that.. just 3 days before he was still posting here. It's so difficult to understand that a life can end so suddenly. I wish people would try a bit more to show what they really feel about one another, even online.
I know a lot of us here have never met but this really is like a family.. we lost one of our own. I think that people live on through the people who have been part of their lives. I won't forget Jason, and I will try to be nicer and take from his example.. he's always been an inspiration to me. Just as a few of you others are.
I wrote two songs and a couple pages of words.. I still can't believe it though.
