 JasonK passes away
I don't know if this is the right place to put this, but I have just found out that my friend Jason has passed away.
I do not have any details, but this is the announcement that was sent to me.

Jason I spoke almost daily via email, and right now I am speechless.
I pray this is some sort of sick joke.

That's horrible news. I got my first PGM from Jason.
Its been a pleasure getting to know him starting at the PGM site boards, and here over the past 5 years or so. He will be missed.

Oh my god.. I can't believe this. I was actually thinking about him just yesterday. I sold him a Jem case a couple years ago and he was really nice. I talked with him a lot then, and he was one of the nicest and most helpful people on this board.
I'm really shocked. I feel like I just found out a member of my own family has just died..
RIP Jason.

I'm really in fucking shock right now.. just over a week ago he was still posting in my stupid HoH threads. I admired him so much. He always kept really nice to everyone in every thread. Only every so often would he share his frustration with the stupid decisions of Ibanez.. sometimes over the PGMs he really loved.
He seemed like someone I'd like to have as a close friend a really easy going guy who would never say a bad word to anyone. Since my first days in the forums I always noticed he'd type his signature in every thread "--Jason"
I'm glad to have had the opportunity to talk to him and do business with him. I never told him this.. but I actually payed more just to ship the case than he payed for the entire thing.
I'm happy he worked as a luthier as it seemed to be what he loved. I'll leave two of his threads that show his work. He built the nicest custom PGM I've ever seen in my life.

I know it's too late now.. but thank you Jason for everything.

Racer X forum has always will always be part of my family to me.
And Jason was a brother to me, even though we hardly speak to each other. I'm really shocked by this news. I don't know what else to say...
