Please help me win a keyboard, just watch my 1min YT clip
EDIT: Sorry for the shameless bump, but the competition ends on Monday and I could use a little extra help from you
just watch this and comment if you like etc.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTaVTp9p4vs
this is for a competition where the AXiS 49 youtube clip with the most views wins.
However, there is this max. 1 minute rule, so I had to cut my techno song down a lil bit
The grand prize would be an AXiS 64, whish me luck
oh, and insults regarding why I'm making this non guitar music are ok too

Good stuff. That "keyboard" thing looks pretty neat. How long did it take you to get proficient at it?

I'm not really proficient yet, mabye slightly
It's quite easy to learn, this is the video I've made after ~5 weeks of having it:

Is the bend / vibrato pad part of the device, or is it possible to get that seperately?
I've been looking for something like that for my keyboard (since it is more of a piano than a keyboard per se). I enjoy the full range and weighted keys since I'm usually playing piano pieces but since I've hooked it up to my DAW via midi I've also wanted to get some quality electronica out of it. Sustain pedal and pressure sensitivity is good but you really need that manual bend / vibrato.

it's a Korg nano Pad
but I think a pitch wheel + mod wheel would be cooler OR one of those keyboard joysticks
the korg nano pad works fine and is not expensive and you can also use it to program drums and so on

The trouble is finding a standalone mod wheel that either has MIDI or USB connectivity (where it will be presented as a MIDI controller on the computer).
Is that pad USB / MIDI / standalone?
I always thought the coolest instrument ever would be basically a keyboard where the keys are capable of tracking pressure and the position of your finger on them. You would move your finger up and down the key (towards you and away from you) to bend and do vibrato, and tracking the pressure over time instead of just on the initial press would also be badass.

that would be cool, but it makes playing more difficult too
the nano pad is USB only

Thanks a lot to everyone who watched!

PS: There are two clips ahead of mine, but I'm hoping for the best.
