I don't think you're a spoil sport and can see your point. But I still want that baby on my wall..

Kind of weird, none of my stock 7620s have PGM electronics schemes.

Well, if you take any RG and change it's routing, you'll get a PGM
Relax, guys. It was used/owned by Paul. It's a custom, with the routing and the pick-ups and the color and the Paul using/owning it. Did I mention that Paul owned and used it?
Also, Paul owned and used it. And also played a very memorable instrumental song on the thing that people will associate it to.
Vai's guitar, Pogo, the one that he used on the Grammy awards with Nelly Furtado was sold off too. I wish I had it. I wish I had this one. It will sell for how much it really is worth. The money will be put to good use. The owner can secretly fap to it at night. All's well in the world.

I guess it depends on what model are you aiming for PGM 100 had I think the same as those early '90's

This is the guitar Paul used to record Let The Computer Decide, I think that makes it pretty special!

If I was the charity agenting the selling of this guitar, I'd put a $2500 reserve on it and the same on the JEM, but it looks like it's going to hit $2500 easily anyway. My bet is that it will be slightly over $2500. So... it's all good :) Good for Hollywood Arts and good for the winner!

I think it will go for a lot more than that, that's about the price of a new PGM401 here in the UK. I wouldn't be suprised to see it go over the $8000 mark..

Yeah, the reason I think it'll go for a lot more is the charity line, but that's awesome.

It's at $2500 right now (4 days and 17 hours to go), so as of right now, that one guitar so nicely donated by Paul, has bought an entire years' tuition and sponsorship for one at-risk youth. How awesome is that! That year could very well change someone's life permanently for the better. :)
If any of you are eBay members, once the auction ends, please PM the winning bidder and invite them to join the Racer X board. That way they can join the formerly-owned-by-Racer X-members-guitars family, like Mr. Muttley, Sean, Ken, etc. :)
edit: It ended at US $3,173.56. That's quite awesome. :)
