You need a pass or ticket for the specific performance which you can only get from the vendors/sponsors of the performance. Some shows only require a pass or ticket and don't require a badge. The best way to find out is to contact Ibanez directly about it.
thanks for the tip. i'll be down there thursday evening...so hopefully Ibanez will have a bit of a lull in activity for me to talk to someone.
i regret though that I will have to miss Paul's signing at Ibanez on Friday. i potentially have a class in Hollywood the same time he'll be signing.

Hey sean, if you manage to get some passes on thursday, get a spare if you can.
Or whatever you find out let me know, and vice versa. Actually you should pm me your mobile no.

And you know they will just have to make an album while they are at it!! And that should be a much easier "get-in" situation. Hey!, what about a few passes for the people of the board to attend the soundchecks and/or rehearsals, and make some kind of "cool documentary" for the (possible) DVD???
Cool ideas from all of you!

Looks like Andy will be fine by NAMM.
From Mesa Boogie:
Quote: Great news to report on our dear friend Andy Timmons.
He is back on his feet and off to a full recovery (more below)
His doctors report concluded that he simply aggravated his lower back (no additional issues), which most of us do at some point in our life. His prognosis is for a complete recovery and clean bill of health. (We kept telling him to use the casters on those 4x12 Recto Cabs!!!)
On behalf of Andy and Mesa/Boogie, we want to thank those of you who took the time to call, write or email us with your concerns for Andy. We were blown away by the outpouring of support and are so happy to be able to report this good news. We also want to apologize for any inconvenience the cancellation of the Clinic Tour may have caused and are hoping to reschedule these events sometime early next year.

Great news to hear that Andy is going to be OK :)
> Andy is on the bill because of the reissue of the Ibanez AT100 that is rumored to happen.
It is no longer a rumor as of today.
Here is a posting from Andy's official website regarding it:

About the NAMM PG show... record it. Document it very thoroughly. Please do share this once you've returned both to Earth from the stratosphere, and then home. We who cannot go to NAMM are depending on you!! Hopefully it will be a great show filled with super axework. :)

It's an awesome guitar. One of the coolest Ibanez has ever made. I doubt that I will be picking one up, or the new PGM for that matter. Ibanez makes only thin necks these days , and whenever I pick my PGM I feel like I'm going to snap it. I think I'll stick with Fender.

The AT100 is the sexiest Ibanez I've ever seen. I've been wanting one for the longest time.
