I think Heaven in 74 ROCKS!

One of my favortie solo parts ever by Racer X is on EV2..."Moonage Daydream". Bruce plays that killer decending part, then Paul BLAZES in, and tears everyones head off. Absolutely kick ass man.

I don´t like Technical Difficulties !!!
It has a cool solo but the main riff is annoying like hell !!!!!

Hey bud... you might not know this... but when the guy said "BADDEST" he meant "COOLEST". Sometimes, in America, we like to switch around "BAD" with "COOL".

"That guitar is BADASS" means "That guitar is COOL!"

Now if he said "17th Moon is one of PG's WORST Riffs to date..."

Then we could jump him :).

I love Technical Difficulties, but I have to say, the riff does get redundant. There are some things that get redundant real quick, and some that do not...

I think Give It To Me has the coolest riff I've heard! It never gets tiring... but Technical Difficulties does. Sorry :?

Living the Hard Way - this is kind of awkward as it stands out most on Second Heat. Its not a bad song (some of those guitar harmonies rule :)) but its my least favored on the entire album.

Damnit Ryan!
That's one of my favs! Coolest riff! kick ass solo!
Bruce played the solo right?

Have a bit a problem with the vocals, but the riffage is awesome - main and chorus, very tricky... so much dynamic in the solo!

Could go on repeating this for ever...

I like Heaven in 74, and I really dig those vocal harmonies!

There´s only one RX song that I dislike:
Everything´s Everything... :x
Every time I´m listening to Getting Heavier, I skip that one.
It´s not my cup of tea, I guess, sounds like RX trying to be Foo Fighters, argh.

Actually my only beef is getting thru the vocals. Its a really poppy song, to me, and I'm more of the metal fan. But, the guitar harmonies are very cool; so is that solo! Im in the same boat as you, bro!

Hehe, didn't have a single doubt! Poppy, hmm, didn't think of that term, but i know what you mean.

I really like Pauls creativity when it comes to riffs - the way he constructs them are always a riddle to me when i first hear them. i think i'll learn more rythm playing from Paul then solo stuff, well nah ... but his rythm thingies are not often talked about. Same with 'lady killer' here - awesome riff get's your hands going - techniques i'm not used to, therefore they help me develop my rythmical abilities.

back to topic: i cannot say i don't like H.I.74, but i guess it's just not what i want to hear from RX. there's bands around where their image does fit such songs better ...

I think I can TRULY say...

There isn't one RX song I don't like.

There probably isn't a song that Paul has played guitar on, that I don't like.

The man is a pure genious/God. LOL

It was even genius when Paul's string got stuck in the pickup saddle in the SOD II solo (Y.R.O.)!
