It wouldn't be the same without any of the members. Guys, don't get me wrong, I adore Jeff's voice just as much as the rest of you, but Bruce playing with Paul in London is better for me than Racer X playing in Japan/LA because I GET TO SEE IT IN PERSON. 
If they all got back together and released another CD, it'd be great news but I'm more than happy with 2/5 of RX coming to London and tearing my face apart with 16th triplets at 145bpm a few metres away. 
These will be THE best electric guitar players I've ever seen in my life so you'll have to excuse me if I'm a bit excited.

I would have to agree. Just think about it..
For RX fans such as Ken or Doc, when they heard Racer X was reuniting, they probably freaked out. (Even without Bruce in)
And now, we've had the 4 members this long, and no Bruce. So now that Bruce is out, we want more Bruce.
But yeah, I love Jeff's voice. By the by, his voice is so great that I would cheat on that other voice with it, marry it, and raise a family of tiny little voices.
