So, as you can see, folks -- Paul's management could give a shit about us. Since it's labeled for promotional use only, I suggest bittorrent or something -- this way we're not violating copyright laws. Ken does not want us to post them here, and we must respect that. On the other hand, I'm tired of waiting! How about we come up with an alternate means of trade?

How does Bittorrent suddenly mean copyright laws aren't violated? :?

It doesn't. "Promotional Use", however, does.

There's really no point in me pushing this issue, until he's done with his tour.

May I make a suggestion? Can you re-rip the "Tough Eskimo" tracks at a high bit rate? 320 perhaps?

why's that? The original version I have from the CD that was given to me at paul's concert and the version I get by converting with itunes aren't much different.

btw I use itunes caus it's the software I prefer... If some prefer other formats I can try if you like.

anyway it's still early to talk about that, we don't know if I'll be allowed to post the tracks yet.

The original ones you ripped were at 128 bits. Not the greatest sound quality. 320 would sound closer to CD quality. Again, not trying to complain, you were nice enough to rip them at all! It was just a suggestion. Also, I don't have an iPod or deal with iTunes at all, so I'm unfamiliar with their software.

Hey Ken, you told me you expected an answer in summer or by the end of summer... when is that? I'm not a U.S resident so I have no idea what it means!

Do you have any news? More and more guys are asking me about the tracks, and I tell them they have to wait until you give me the thumbs up.
