The first half of the Jezebel's show from 1987/10/30 can be found here:

http://hosted.filefront.com/racerx2

Unfortunately, the video isn't so hot. This was a really good show, and the audio is tolerable, but either the VHS hasn't aged well or this isn't my original tape - I'll keep looking. My uploads keep timing out and I'm trying to upload from home so I've only been able to get the first part so far. Hopefully I'll get the 2nd part up today, cool cover of James Brown's "Living in America" at the end.

Not completely sure as I didn't watch it when I was dubbing, but that sounds about right from memory.

Yes, and it starts a little bit into the song. The video/audio is a bit choppy right at the beginning also.

Thanks to everyone who shared this stuff , ive downloaded it all and apart from being scared witless by some of the playing its been massively inspirational , the bruce private lesson was amazing as id always focused on pauls shit b4 and that lick that paul does on the anaheim clinic , hitting all the same notes sliding up the neck had me in bits.
Does Paul have eyeliner on in that Anaheim gig or is it just the shadow effect on the video?.

I downloaded both the PG clinics and those are really nice to watch. In the longest one it was really cool to see how Paul seemed a bit nervus when he just entered but slowly got loose again after playing the guitar a bit. It was also new for me that he could do the four seasons on the ground too. :) The same notes on each string idea was something I thought I invented but it turns out someone beat me on that one. I never actually practised it enought though to get the effect Paul gets out of it.

Awesome. I'm guessing this was around 1987?

Also, I need to get one of those long coat things. :P

I got the Paul jamming thing, but the other files are huge and I can't get the time to download the entire files. I'll make a start tomorrow I guess

Earlier I believe, maybe 1986. I haven't watched that in a long, long time, but I think you can see that he is holding his pick the way he did when he first got into alternate picking. It's more like Steve Morse with two fingers and the thumb, kind of bent at an angle. He stopped that sometime in '86 and painfully switched to the style he's used ever since.

One of the 1986 shows from the Roxy has been uploaded. I assume this is the show that I've seen referenced here. I've also included some rehearsal footage (in a dark, dark, room) and backstage pre show stuff.

FileFront seems as unstable as the rest of the free file hosting sites, so you guys are probably having as much difficulty downloading as I am uploading (it never works on the first try). Again, if anyone comes across something better than allows unlimited bandwidth and GB hosting let me know. I'm certainly not partial to any particular site.

I also noticed FileFront is being a bit shit lately.

http://www.megaupload.com/
http://www.bigupload.com/upload2.php?r=1

They both host 500MB a file, megaupload is reliable and I just tested bigupload and it's similar to MU.
