I THINK I see:

Fender Stratocaster, Peavey Vandenberg, Ibanez RG350DX, two more Ibanezes (sorry, dont know much about them), PRS, and on the floor, a Gibson Explorer?

Tom is half right. I play bass with my fingers and a pick. Why do I carry picks with me? Because there are guitars laying all over my house, and there are guitars laying all over Guitar Center (I like to fiddle on guitar, too), and when I see one, I pick it up and jam. :)

Playing bass with a pick... when I go to a music store, I usually grab a Fender Jazz and plug into an amp I am interested in, and try it with a pick to see how the definition comes out on the amp, and I also do finger-style, slapping, tapping, and any other technique that I will be using with the amp. I've gotta make sure I get something that is good for everything!

Duff McKagan plays bass with a pick. Gene Simmons does. David Ellefson does. Those are my three earliest influences, right there.

From left to right (and then the guitar on the bottom):
SX Strat (my brother, biu, did all that custom stuff), Peavey Vandenberg, Ibanez RG350DX, Ibanez Prestige RG3120 (like THE best RG), Ibanez SA160QM, Agile PS-900, and Epiphone Korina Explorer.

Notice the hamburger sticky I put on my RG350.
