Post Paul Gilbert guitar body
Great forum!

By the way..Is anyone interested in the Iceman/Destroyer hybrid body that Paul & Bruce used to play in the old days?

I am a guitar builder & am thinking of offering a reproduction of that body style

Would anyone be interested in that (or any other) body shape if it were for sale?

Ya know what you should do an epiphone body/neck combo as well. The ibanez versions paul and bruce had were bolt ons

2 slight modifications/requests. Could you make it a 7 string & left handed?

I'm definitely interested. But, what kind of quality are we talking about? Are you a professional? Do you have a website? Do you have pictures of this guitar, or any others you have built? What kind of hardware (pickups, vibrato bar, etc.) is on it?

Hope you don't take this the wrong way ... but you're new here and nobody knows you from Adam.

Post guitar body question
I have been building bodys for many years...they are, in my opinion, very good quality.

I was, up until recently, in an exclusive agreement with a local partner & could not offer my stuff outside of that arangement.

He is now out of the picture, and I can start doing this on my own!

I can do a 7 string, if you send me the bridge

I can do a lefty for only a $25 upcharge

Please bear in mind that these are just the unfinished bodies that I am talking about.

I am starting to look into unique finishes & may be offering chrome finishes (not crappy chrome paint or chrome plating) & unique graphics as options.

I have pictures of my iceman-destroyer & if someone can tell me how to post them I will be happy to do so, or give me your e-mail & I will send them to you

I don't have a website yet, but have begun to start work on one

Keep the questions coming....I want to build what PLAYERS want, not what companies want to force on the public.

And again, I can build just about ANY bolt on guitar body or bass...let me know what else you think would be cool!

Post Guitar bodies
The bodies that I am refering to are the Iceman top with the Destroyer bottom that PAul & Bruce played in the late 80's

I can also do the "violin" paul gilbert body & have started designing a doubleneck PGM

I make Iceman bodies as well

that would be the smart thing to build. I'm sure there's a lot of board members who would be interested in getting one

Is it set up for a 24 fret neck??

cause that thing would be smoking with a sharfin inlay'd neck off of a 400 series guitar and a tone pros bridge, tonezone bridge and PAF pro in he neck SMOKIN.

if i end up getting one i hink ill let my pyro brother go crazy on it and then put a few coats of polyurethane on it SAWEET.
