Post HM STRAT, how to change strings and tune it etc...
hey, how do i change strings on a hm strat. the guitsr has just arrived at my door and it seriously needs a new set of strings. i have noticed it has been strung "backwards" like though the machineheads and then though the kahler i do believe. how do i tune it and everything i dont have a clue ive been using a les paul for the past year i am new to this so much.............please help someone

it's the same as a floyd rose trem, SEE http://www.playmusicfree.com/special_pr ... _howto.htm

all you do is unclamp the lock nut, and bridge clamps and go! you can put the ball end thru tuner, or chop it off. 8)

ive never used a floyd before at all, ive been using a les paul for 2 years, so i dont really know what the fuck is going on..........more detail please someone

Is your trem a Kahler? If so, is your Kahler a cam-style trem or a fulcrum-style, Floyd Rose-type trem? The procedure differs depending on which style you have. For cam-style units, the Floyd Rose instructions are worse than useless. Does your trem have little brass rollers as the speaking points of your strings at the bridge?
