Looks like a really faded Cherry Burst. Look at the 4th pic, with out the pick guard. Not bad looking though.

I realize what a 59 Les Paul is worth, I was speaking only in terms of what I prefer as far as tone and playability. I'd rather have my Carvin than just about anything else I can think of.
