Post New solo up, over a John Mayer track
Hi everyone! I just put up a new video of a guest solo I got to do for an old friend. I tried to suit the mood of the song, I'm rarely a mellow playing kind of dude. Really keen for any comments/tips. Thanks as always - Daniel

Very very cool solo! Reminds me a lot of Electric joy era Richie Kotzen. The only thing i could criticize would be that you could have made the vibrato a touch more pronounced, you couldn't really hear it. Unless that was the intended effect of course :-)

Great solo over a great song!

Have you ever seen John Mayer's solo for this song on his "Where the Light Is" DVD? If not, you should check it out on YouTube (or buy it for the amazing Blu-Ray quality). He is one seriously amazing guitarist and one of my favorites. Tons of feel and great chops.

Thanks everyone! Just put up a new one actually if anyone is keen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3wH1loAQY-4

This one was significantly more challenging, I'm aiming at putting up some more original style material after I get back home.

All the best to everybody, and thanks as always for the helpful comments!
