Post PG DVDs
I like to buy things in the order they were produced, so for my first DVD buys, I decided to get IR 1 and 2.

Should I buy the two together? VHS? DVD? Should I buy IR2 with the booklet and IR1 separately?

off the top of my head... (logging out shortly - typed in a hurry)

Buy Intense Rock: Complete. (I think it's released by Alfred) You get IRI, IRII, and the PDF, all on one DVD, and you save on shipping PLUS you save a few $$ on the purchase itself.
It's a nicely done DVD and the lessons do not run in to eachother.

If you are a complete purist, you will want both of them on VHS tapes from REH -- they will probably be kinda expensive on eBay. You'll need a VHS player to check 'em out.

Thanks dino, I'll go for the DVD. The pdf you talked about is the thing with which I had concern.

While we're on the subject I have a bunch of Paul's DVDs and I can say the best by far is the GOOMY DVD, really, don't miss it. Everything about is amazing and I think almost everyone here will tell you they wished the SFBADR DVD was more like the GOOMY DVD. Fingers crossed for Fuzz Universe, though from the sounds of it you have a ways to go before you get there! ;)

Truer words have never been spoken.

And Dino is right. Intense Rock: Complete is just that.

All we have is Youtube!

It might be in my shipping interest to buy multiple DVD's at once.

Is terrifying guitar trip the next dvd he made? 11 thousand notes?

I think it went something like:

Intense rock 1+2
Terrifying Guitar Trip
Guitars From Mars (classical)
Guitars From Mars 2 (blues)
11 Thousand Notes
Spaceship One
GOOMY
SFBADR

I think that's all of the officially released DVDs.

Of course there's also "Ibanez - how to play" (amazingly awesome xD), "Guitar Wars", "Amazing Journey" (The Beatles cover concert, very hard to find afaik) and all the non-solo stuff.

The Beatles cover was called Yellow Matter Custard....then the Led Zeppelin cover(Hammer Of The Gods), then the Rush cover(Cygnus And The Sea Monsters), then the Who cover(Amazing Journey).
