Post Racer X songs you have learned
I apologize if this topic has been made before - I searched and I couldn't find it.

List the Racer X songs you can play - if you have videos and you'd like to post them I would encourage that.

I've learned:
Street Lethal
Hotter Than Fire
Y.R.O.
Superheroes (minus the outro)
Godzilla
Evil Joe
Viking Kong
17th Moon
Give It To Me

Sacrifice
Street Lethal
On The Loose
Give It To Me
Frenzy
Poison Eyes
Heart Of A Lion
Sunlit Nights
Gone Too Far
She Wants Control*
Motor Man
Scarified
Lady Killer*
Living The Hard Way
Into The Night
Getaway
Superheroes
Mad At The World
Phallic Tractor
B.R.O

the ones with * are the ones that has missing parts like the chorus, bridge etc.

since I have time now, I started taking videos, I did give it to me, but I can't upload on YT. there's some kind of error.

Gone Too Far* (no solo, use my own fingerings)
Golden God* (Hardly anything)
Scarified (Main riff, tapping sort of, I won't even bother saying I can remotely do the arps)
Godzilla (Haven't done that in a long time)
Moonage Daydream* (Rhythm)

I can't do fast playing. That's the end of that. :P

I want to cross all of those out.

I'd say using the word play to describe what I do to these songs is being pretty generous:

King of the Monsters*
Technical Difficulties*
Superheroes*

*I haven't even attempted to learn the solos from any of these songs.

Set the world on fire (I've wanted to do a cover tune of this for a while!),
Poison Eyes,
On the Loose,
Blowin' up the Radio,
Into the Night,
Getaway,
Most (but not all) of Frenzy,

Gone too far,
Scarified,
Living the Hard Way,
Lady Killer,
Scit Scat Wah,
Fire of Rock,
Snakebyte (but only with the specially tuned guitar...not like that russian kid.)

Superheroes,
King of the Monsters,

A few bits & pieces of many other songs, but not all of it.

As an interesting aside, what do you guys figure is the hardest Racer X song to play if you exclude all the solos?

I'd say Street Lethal. The intro bit is pretty hard to get. Then Technical Difficulties. It's hard to get when you're doing it at first. And then maybe Motorman, unless intro is a solo :P

Heart of a Lion - rhythm and lead, solo and harmonies. 100%!
Loud and Clear (live extreme) - rhythm and lead, solo and harmonies. 100%
Hammer Away - rhythm, intro solo, most of the fills.
Scarified - no solo, ending arps aren't full speed.
Y.R.O. - missing huge chunks of the solo + moto perpetuo
Scit Scat Wah - the main theme and various bits of noodling throughout.
Living the Hard Way - rhythm, solo, but no fills. 95%.
Sacrifice - Intro solos, rhythm. again, no solo..
Motorman - intro, rhythm, fills.. no solo. buhh..
Technical Difficulties - main theme. no solos, no harmonies.
Street Lethal - Intro, fills, rhythm.. AGAIN, everything but the solo.

various bits and pieces, riffs and solos:

Superheroes
Sunlit Nights
Gone Too Far
Poison Eyes
She Wants Control
Blowin' Up the Radio

damn, i guess i know more than i thought!

different songs strike people different ways. that intro is one of the few things i can pick up any guitar and bust out without much trouble..

now the SOLO on the other hand.. haven't even begun tackling it yet. it has me shakin' in my boots.

I can't play a damn one of them all the way through. The closest one is Living the Hard Way, most of that one, maybe half of the solo.

I usually break the solos down and use them as warm up exercises, that's about the best I can do.

I can play a decent amount of Mr. Big songs, but any Racer X is wicked ridiculous for me playing it up to speed.

My picking is the sound of suck.

I've only learned Scarified, and not the whole thing.

EDIT: Oh, I remember I used to know Scit Scat Wah. But not anymore.

i think the question is which can you play well, i have learnt a few of the rhythm sections but not many if any of the solos accurately, my favourite to play as it is relatoively easy is O.H.B., their songs are nbot easy though by anyone's standards so if you can play them well, very well done!!

Be under no illusion despite what many may say, street lethal intro is an absolute bastard to play properly, mainly due to damping issues, and such fast picking on fat E string, awesome song!!
