Post Coil Tapping
Hi, i've just finished respraying one of my old guitars (a cheap one). The pickup configuration is H/S/H. I wanna be able to split the bridge humbucker (if possible) at the flick of a switch, like the old HM Strats.

Only problem is, i haven't got a clue how to do it. I can solder but am prety much useless at reading complex circuit diagrams, i found some sites on the net but it all seems so complicated!!

Could someone explain to me how to do it? or at least give some information/useful sites about it.

Thanks everyone, rock on \m/ :D

stew-mac.com has some easy to follow diagrams. They also have diagrams for all the major brands.
DiMarzio and Duncan have tech help either by phone or E-mail and are always helpful.

PS=any "would be hot rodder" should pick up the" Guitar Players Repair Guide" and "How to Make Your Electric Guitar Play Great" by Dan Erlewine.
Great easy to follow books with a ton of great info.
