Post Re: Bruce's Guitar lessons
I took a lesson with Bruce last night, and it was awesome.

He was super cool and the lesson REALLY made a difference for me (the subject I asked for was improvisation using modes).

So how do these lessons work?

Do you email Bruce about a certain subject and get a lesson tailored for you? Is there anything to prepare prior to the lesson? (aside from video and audio connections)

Is it worth the $40 for one or would multiple lessons be more beneficial?

Thanks, I was considering putting away some cash to take a few lessons.

Post Re: Bruce's Guitar lessons
Dude, yeah I e-mailed Bruce on what I wanted to know (music theory, modes etc), just so he knew what to expect from me.

Obviously, multiple lessons are better, but the first lesson for me was already very useful! Maybe because of my poor level of music theory, but I did learn a lot from just one lesson.

I`ve had 3 lessons so far, and the only reason why I didn't have more is because I barely have time to practice everything... it's a shame... but Bruce is a very nice guy, and he always remembers where we left off, and his teaching skills are great, too!
