Post Mr. Big, 2011 Concert, CA USA
Guessing here is strictly prohibited, and I don't have interviews in front of me to pull quotes from - too much effort for a RX forum post! - so here is what I know:

Eric Martin posted a show for April 2, 2011 on his tour dates page tonight.
It says "Mr. Big"
Link to his tour dates page: http://www.ericmartin.com/tourdates.cfm

Tickets are now on sale for this concert. It is being handled by LiveNation.
Link to buy tickets: http://www.livenation.com/event/0900455 ... norcatid=1

Ticket details:
Section: GA (UNRESERVED GENERAL ADMISSION)
Type: FULL PRICE TICKET
Price: US $39.40/ea.

LiveNation also handled selling tickets for Paul's 'Fuzz Universe tour' warm-up show at the HOB Sunset Strip.

So where is this concert?

West Hollywood, CA - HOB Sunset Strip.

Yep, the US of A!

Official bandmember website confirm + ticket sale/venue confirm = legit, OK to post, not a rumor. Paul's on tour right now; he 'gets a pass' for not being the first to announce! :)

If this turns out to be a tour warm-up show - it is unknown 'via verbatim quote' at this time so I am just saying this for completeness - no guess intended - then I will have this thread's title & this post edited to reflect that and we can put all of the goings-on related to a tour in here. Kinda like how we're doing with the Fuzz Universe Tour thread.

Please, no haters. Make your own thread. We are happy for Mr. Big's resurgence and for Paul's success in any of his bands or projects. :)

No, I'm not going... airfare, hotel, transportation, and food to/from/while in CA are over $1000. I can get to Europe for approx. that. If this was in Chicago it would be about $129 and Cleveland, about $40, $45 if I have to park in the lot vs. onstreet. So - YouTube & the Web to the rescue!

For the love of God, Jenn, I do hope that Paul performs near you some day otherwise you'll keep saying that it's way to pricey to go see him.

Which you always seem to say!

It's because it's what everyone always asks! "Are you going to go see Paul [insert tour name / show date here]?" In damage-control mode, I figured I'd put the negative in the first post, so nobody would ask. It's gotten so bad that now I have people emailing me and practically demanding that I show up! LOL! It makes me feel terrible to have to decline just because of money though, because it would be so much fun. I wish California wasn't so out-of-reach at these times. I've spoken to & e-met so many of you (fans)... it would be a very cool concert to see & be sociable at. *sigh*

Without the service charges, tickets are considerably cheaper.
Found this on Eric's site. "Price Info: $27.50/$30"

So what do you think the chances are of a USA tour then?
If they do go anywhere else besides LA, would it only be like NYC?
Give me some hope here hahaha

@Jerhova: She's hiding over in the Fuzz Universe tour thread. I suspect that she will emerge around Christmas. Coincidentally, that is about when Paul's tour ends.

(major LOL's... belly laugh there. I said that because it seems like nobody actually "reads" the posts - they skim them for links and pics and such.)

I don't have any updates other then a Mr. Big "What If... set list" (aka tracklist) was circulated around Facebook and made it's way here on the "new album" thread. It isn't verified, but it does look interesting!
