Post New Guitar World DVD...
Brand new today - Shred Alert!

It's all of Paul's 2008 GW Mag. columnar material organized in to one DVD. It's like 2 hours of teaching. It comes with a PDF2 booklet and TAB.

Click the link below - it's the 'featured product' link in the Guitar World store - to view the description, see screenshots, or buy it.

http://secure.nps1.net/guitarworld/inde ... ucts_id=89

All 'marketing' is unintentional: I know this smacks of an 'ad' post but the alternative was to put up a link to the post on my blog, which is something this board strongly dislikes/discourages. So, in lieu of sullying up the post, you get The GW Store.

It's a really cool item for collectors or people who don't subscribe to GW. Plus, if I remember correctly, it's the only place he's ever discussed Pick Muting on a video.

Didn't Paul discuss muting in Intense Rock II, after he forgot to do it in Intense Rock I...

He also discussed pick muting on the GOOMY DVD. If I remeber correctly on the "Straight through the telegraph" section.

(puts on dunce hat) OK, I'll go stand in the bad corner *again*.

(in a super good mood, so this post is written completely in a humorous mood)

I was going to review that GOOMY DVD this year, too... see, now you ruined the surprise for me! Er, now I know there's something else to look forward to, in that segment, besides that song. ;)
