Don't have tabs but I sat and figured out most of it.

The main riff is in Bb 6th pos, then it goes up to Eb7 (I feel my heart start tremblin') Then the little bridge or whatever (ooh baby...) with Jeff singing goes like this; C#maj7, F#maj7, Ebmin7, G#7, then same again ending with F7. Fun song to play!
