It's the same stuff.
Frontiers is handling the Euro and USA release. WMG (I think) is handling Japan.
I don't know if Frontiers will have the Blu-Ray or just the CD's / DVD's.

CDJapan and a couple other places (HMV? Tower?) in Japan are offering "bonus collectibles" when you buy from them - stuff like posters, towels, etc.
I don't have the info. in front of me right now but it's something to consider... because you'll be paying shipping regardless. It's just that shipping from Japan is so expensive!

Yeah for a CD it's something like $5. Even I can afford that.

Lamer - $5 shipping from CDJapan? Are you sure about that quote / is it current? These are 2CD sets that come in a box with "extra collectibles". Last I checked they were charging about $23 USD. Pete from PA and xjustice09x also reported high shipping fees when they got their Official Bootlegs.

Maybe it's $5 from HMV or Tower or something... but my shipping being expensive from Japan quote comes from CDJapan, and Yahoo Auctions Japan.

If you could please tell us how to get cheap shipping that would be much appreciated. Like what box to tick at checkout or whatever. Because I have tried contacting customer service and gotten nowhere.

I don't remember the exact price but when I ordered my GOOMY DVD (2 discs) the shipping was nowhere near $23. I just selected the slowest option. I had to wait over a month.

Maybe shipping to Poland is cheaper because it's a 3rd world country ;)

(and yes im sure it was CDJapan).

EDIT:

Thanks to the 'order history' option at the CDJapan website I can now tell you that I've paid 850yen for shipping. That's $9.17.

CDJapan´s shipping is not expensive if you chose the cheaper method. Then it goes to something about US$5-10.

Watching the dvd now, it's amazing! The Youtube footage is obviously brilliant, but seeing it properly on screen is so much cooler.

Definitely an investment for the DVD collection.
