I think selling cd's or guitars is different. The person most likely bought the cd or guitar they got autographed. Much of the stuff the seller is selling was gotten for free.

You can't prevent it. If someone wants an autograph bad enough they may pay for it. I would reather get it my self for free. But I'm not going to stop people from spending their money however they see fit.

That depends on the seller, and, of course, it depends on the buyer who really feels that the autograph adds some value to the product and that he should pay more for it.

If they both agree on that (a "tacit agreement"), I don´t see the problem.
