Post Pauls 100 guitars!
I have the Young Guitar Video of Paul recording I Like Rock with all 100 guitars! It shows every guitar, 1- 100!! He even plugs Basses, Acoustics, and 12 string guitars into his Laney!

Man Paul, your fingures must have killed the next morning! And your ears!

It looked like he recorded all the parts on a Laney combo.

Cool.

The funny part is....each of the 100 parts is played so perfectly...it doesn't sound like a 100.

I have yet to partake of that listening experience.

Dude...Jeff told me about the 100 guitars before it was released. So..I knew it was there. I listened....listened...couldn't find it. I thought it was that part in the Drum song (Osmonds).

So...in Vegas...I just asked him where it was.

Do you know where I could find that video/DVD. I remember seeing it on Ebay for sale 4 months ago? I would like to get my hands on that video...

Stumbled on this video last night. Quite awesome! Love how he changes shirts too. I think it took like 9 hrs to record them all. This videos 45 mins or so in 5 parts. Love his Star-Spangled Banner rendition in part 3.

You know we're starving for some Racer X news when one of the top threads on the board is from 2003. ;) Cool find, though! Paul Gilbert plays the parts with such precision that it's impossible to truly tell how many guitars were used in the final cut.
