Post What Magazine Is This From???
Hey guys, I was wondering if someone can help me find a magazine that had the Driller Killer article in it
There is also a big picture of Paul and Bruce in the middle, Paul is holding his Makita drill and his Pink Ibanez Epiphone…
I wish I could post a pic but I don't know how because I am still a noobie!
Any help would be great! :D

I know what magazine you're talking about, but I don't know which magazine it was.

BTW, posting pics is easy:

Just click on the "Img" button over the text board, copy the URL of the image and then click on the "Img" button again!

Guitar For The Practicing Musician (GftPM), April 1988, p57, Paul Gilbert/Racer X Poster Feature

Did you miss the link I posted above to an old thread which has all this info?

Very cool poster - I have it framed and hanging in my office at home.

Wow, Surg, you have such a good memory. Thanks for posting that info. twice in one day.

The link you posted had an IMG tag at the end and was not valid. Here's the link:

Now here's one of those creepy parallel universe things that happened... I've never met or spoken to Finn_Dave I SWEAR!, and I joined this board in 2008, but I like his idea... *dons librarian-esque glasses* It seems to have happened on a blog I'm familiar with, at least 2007-present... ;)
Does he still post here or did he disappear around the same time Darr0n and most of the other old-school posters did?

I was just wondering did this poster come out of page 57 like a pull out poster? :?:
So if I was to get a hold of a Guitar For The Practicing Musician, April 1988 issue chances are it will not be there :|

Yes, it was a pull out poster. If you are hoping to buy a used copy (on ebay or something), make sure to ask the seller if the poster is still there.

Does anyone here apart from Paul know Japanese?!? :)

See the thing is I bought a Young Guitar Paul Gilbert Issue and I found out I cannot read Japanese! LOL!!!

Does anyone have a translated version, at least the guitar section, I would love to read about Paul’s guitars...
