Sorry, My Bad. I Am Surprised That Superheroes Won. I Would Have Thought ELV1 Would Have Taken The Trophy For Sure.

although I LOVE Second Heat, and Superheroes is a great album , my favorite is Technical Difficulties for sure!

I don't know if that's just with me, but I can fell the emotion coming from each note those guys played and sang on. Maybe because they didn't play together in a while.

Also, Paul's solos on that album are far my favorites from him. Snakebite, Phallic Tractor, Give It To Me and Technical Difficulties always blow my mind everytime I listen to them.

Superheroes for me, it'll always be a very special album to me since it was the first time I'd heard Racer X and it really started me off on the long journey of getting into the whole "insane guitar" thing....

And the rest, as they say, is history

For me it's Street Lethal. It seems to be the most aggressive one to me and I like that.

Second Heat gets my vote. I've only just recently REALLY got into it alot.

I heard Sacrifice and Scarified ages ago so I've always loved them.

But I think it's the combination of awesome harmony solos and Jeff's voice that puts it on top. I love the last line in the Hammer Away chorus.

"And do it my waaaaayyyy".

Sunlit Nights has an amazing solo and it's not even that fast for most of it. Gone Too Far has an impossible intro riff and again, brilliant harmony solo section. Same goes to Heart of a Lion, Motorman.

The last 2 tracks on the album are "vocal" tracks for me because that's what sticks in my head instead of the guitar.

What a fantastic album. 8)

Second heat, followd closly by superheroes.

I really like the tones and mix a bit better on second heat, and with songs like sacrifice, scarified, motorman, lady killer, hammer away, heart of a lion. The albums full of classics.
