Post Other PGM finishes?
why doesn't ibanez produce the pgm model in other finishesapart from the black/white one any more?? i'm not saying that they should produce again all the models(100,200 etc.) but they surely can produce the 300,301 and 30 but with other finishes so that people could have a choice!!! tell me if i'm wrong.

I know many people on this board would love to see other finishes.

I'm not sure PGM's sell as good as other models. Especially in the US. Paul is more popular in Japan, that s why they tend to get the limited edition PGM's.

i don't wonder that: 301's finish is the worst!!! black & white!!! it's normal that it doesn't sell!!! they should try instead of buying white and black paint to buy other colors!!! :D also US people have always seen paul with the brightest coloured guitars in the so watching a black/white model hasn't the same effect of watching a blue/pink one!!!!  for me they should try to risk...

They make what Paul plays. The 300 and 301 sells well enough to keep it a production model and it sells better than the other colors.

So if they make what Paul plays.....let's see the pointy V PGM! :D

Well, it's not, but since he's playing them, how about making one.

The Rocket Roll II has a little different shape than the original Rocket Roll. Ibanez probably still has the copyright for it, and could build them if they wanted to. I wouldn't hold my breath though! --Jason
