Post WHERE THE HELL DO YOU BUY THE PGMS
Hello

I was wondering where to get the other PGM models?

I like the black one with the white f-holes and I think it has binding on the body as well.

I live in Ireland so I dont get anything here

thanks wildchild

Do you mean this one?

It belongs to Paul as far as I know, and I believe he owns the only one.

The white with black f-holes (PGM301) is available for purchase though.

Check eBay regularly if you wanna find the old models.
(Ps. The black PGM has never been a series model.)

Most of the models are no longer being made. You have to find them used.

The only ones currently produced are the PGM 301 (white with black f-holes). And in some parts of the world PGM 3 (white with black f-holes or jewel blue with pink f-holes)

There are many of us that would love to get a black PGM with white f-holes. Maybe Ibanez will offer one someday.

If the picture was taken in poor enough lighting, a PGM90HAM would look black with white f-holes with a bound body.

Just keep checking here in the PGM's available thread. Everyone on here is pretty good about posting one when they become available. Unless we snag it for ourselves that is. --Jason

I'd rather have the PGM200 in fountain blue or green. They both make me tingle.

Paul or Chad would know for sure, but my guess would be Tone Zones and a JEM Single.

The PGM 301 can be had locally here in SoCal for about $900.00 case included. I'm debating on buying the 301 or waiting till a PGM90HAM comes around.

Direct link to Music123's listing for the PGM301

Currently $1,177.49US with free shipping (only in the US I believe)

Case is $80

I've always been set against buying a guitar made by Ibanez (especially a new one), but I might be budged a bit. (The Force is strong with this one.)

Ibanez is SUSPOSED to include a skb plastic case with all their prestige and signature guitars at not additional cost for 05. --Jason

My patriotism kept me from buying anything but Gibsons, Fenders, and the like.

I finally broke down and bought a PGM301WH because it met my feature check list.

I can't speak well enough about Japanese-made Ibanez guitars.

I recently bought an RG421 and it is comparable.

B.T.W. - I bought the PGM from music123. They gave me a great price. Just call them.

Was the SKB case included, or did you have to pay extra for one? I'm just a little curious because they don't show it being included on their web site when it's susposed to be. --Jason

I got mine last year (October). It did not come with case attachment.

From what I understand, last years model don't include a case, however, this years models do include a case, hence the price increase.

So I would guess that if their stock is last years then - no case.

This years PGMs have a new neck... or so I've read.

I put a Tone Zone in my PGM after several months of playing and everbody typing about how they are all that.

It sounded great but I missed the tone of the PAF Pro, so I put it back in.

I put the Tone Zone in my RG421 and now that sounds great too!

I wasn't sure if it was an 05 or not. I still wonder if they are trying to get people to shell out another $80 for something that is susposed to be included. I wouldn't put it past a lot of dealer to pull that kind of crap. --Jason
