When I looked at it the other day it was just over 2000. With the effects and amp it could have gone for alot more.

I looked at it with 9 hours to go and it was up to 211,000 yen. That's just a little over $2000. That seemed extremely low to me. I wonder if the seller was just fishing for what it would bring and then canceled the auction last minute? --Jason

I think that was the same price I saw it at. With the rarity of the 700 I would have paid 211,000 yen for the guitar alone. With the amp and effects it could go for $3000 or more.

I couldn't imagine the shipping cost of all that from Japan though. Shipping for a guitar is one thing. Shipping for an amp has got to be expensive.

I'd have given him $2000 for the guitar, and told him to just keep everything else! --Jason

I was thinking, it may in fact be cheaper to buy a plane ticket to Japan and Scoure the Island's for a PGM 700 then it would be to buy one online.......

Probably be able to pick up any other model while there as well, for decent prices... :?:

Hopefully when I get my 301 it will pacify my raging PGM G.A.S., before I do something crazy like get a second job to fund a Japanese PGM scavenger hunt
