Ibanez PGM official vote, now up!
http://www.ibanez.co.jp/PGM20/list.html
Get voting for that 800 guys!
Voting will begin January 15th and conclude on March 10th.
Paul will announce the winner in early April
Of course everyone is entitled to a vote but let's not advertise it too the morons. If people can, please refrain from telling people on the likes of Ultimate guitar.com, you know they'll just go along the lines of
'I'M 12 AND COULDN'T AFFORD A PGM301 SO I'LL PICK THAT ONE UP LATER'
P.S In your face Jenn!

I picked the 800 in case you couldn't tell If that doesn't win I'd like the 500 too. Don't really understand what every see's in the 200

i cant decide between the 500 and the 800, but tbo the 400, 600 and 700 would be the ones to go for as they are the rarest.
but my absolute favorite is the 300, but nobody should vote for that as its quite common,
why is the 301 there, they only just discontinued it. they are still in stores.
considering that NO pgms are ever on australian ebay anything would do for me.

200! But the 500 would still make me happy. I just don't care for the 800, it just doesn't look that good to me.

I voted for the 800, but I'd also be glad if the 200 or the 600 (Iceman + orange f-holes = \o/) win. However, I cannot say for sure (yet) that I'll buy one of these if they ever make it.

I picked 400 (reversed headstock on 500 with red body doesn't really convince me), although I really would like Paul's red PGM with black f-holes (curse of the castle dragon one).
Yeah - I didn't pick 200 cause I wouldn't know what to do with an additional Hum anyway
btw, I wish they re-released 90th again, that was a sweet and sophisticated looking guitar.
Althought it makes me wonder - why do PGM 300/301 have PAF PRO in bridge position? Doesn't Paul use ToneZone on his guita?

first of all - proxy
if you really want, that your favourite model wins, just use proxies
if you're too lazy to search proxies and switch your browser settings, here are some "online proxies" - just type the url and get started:
http://proxy.org/
second of all - "paul will announce (...) at Frankfurt Messe '09 (...)"
So, he really IS there? that'd be greeeeat

I went for the 800 after much thought - i'd get a 200, 500, 600 or 800 though and i'm pretty sure it'll be one of those

LOL!!
Well Sharpant, you know, you could maintain your Orange petition and not abandon it, don't give up just because of a ton of adversity...
Edit: Do not cheat. You cheat, they'll toss the results out as invalid, and Paul will just decide whatever he feels like that day. Paul's an honest & stand-up guy. Make him proud of your efforts.
To the axes:
I can't decide. The 200 is the mass market's appeasement for the 100RE's high price; otherwise it is very similar in color and almost illogical (based on how similar the 2 are). The 800 is similar to the 401 except in color. The others are cool, but not real contenders.
Here's the thing. If glam/whatnot is back, the 200 will really succeed. BUT if Ibanez bets wrong and the trend dies, the 200 will flop, as the colors are so bright. With a natural finish, the 800 will blend in to the scene regardless of the next trend.
I like things that can succeed for the long term. Both would be successful but I see the natural finish being a slightly better choice for the long haul, as the economy recovers & people start to make buying decisions again.
Voting ends in AGES, so... I'm going to hold off for a bit and vote when the answer is revealed to me clearly.

The 200 is almost impossible to get. The 800 is all over the place and is not hard to come by.

I'm voting either 500 or 800. I like the colors of the 200, but the three humbucker configuration is just not cool.
