Fuckin RIPS!!! Killer solos......arpeggios, fast runs........KILLER TONE!!!! Corey's vocals sound more like "Stone Sour" then "Slipknot". The Cd actually has Killer melodies as well. I give it a thumbs up.......WAY UP!!!!

Yea, its very impressive for slipknot.. Not what I expected at all..

'Pulse of the maggots' is a good one.

the only reason i dont like it is the vocals. I dont take to that stratchy sound.

but i love slipknots sound. I wasnt keen on their second album...but the first i didnt mind and the third is alright.....this new ones nothing special but then i think its the vocals that put me off.

The first disc was ok, but there was too much filler material.
The second just sucked. Just plain sucked.

I've only heard one song from the new disc. Reminded me of Pantera with seattle grunge-influences (!) and really bad vocals.

I used to like the first CD but then went off it, mainly because of how much the 2nd CD sucked. It was too overproduced for my liking, and 'Duality' (the only song I've heard from the new CD) seems to sound even more overproduced. The chorus is quite emo-style actually, so that put me off checking the rest of the songs out.
