Post Rush In Rio
(I know the answer is both, but bear with me) To those of you who have both the DVD and CD or Rush In Rio, which would you recommend? I'd love to carry around the CD, but I'd hate to not see a great stage show. I'd get both, but money's a bit stringy.

I have the DVD.

There is a lot on it; including a disk with seperate camera angles for YYZ, La Villa Strangiato, and O Baterista (Neil Peart's drum solo) and there is a documentary on Rush called "The Boys in Brazil" that spans for an hour.

I LOVE the DVD... but I can not make any comments on the CD.

Being able to see Rush playing on stage infront of 40,000 enthusiastic Brazilian fans is a major plus, though.

the DVD is excellent, it presents the best of Rush. The audience are obvisously big Rush fans and show it by singing a hell of a lot of the songs. great dvd. havent heard the album, actually didnt know their was one.

Heh... the audience SINGS ALONG to instrumentals!

You can hear their voices follow along with YYZ. Its hilarious... I've never heard an audience do that before.

You can see the Rush guys smiling it up when they hear the crowd doing that.

Brazil... by far, the most enthusiastic fans Rush ever had.
