Post Mike Campese - Monster shredder from Upstate
Just wanted to send out a post regarding one of our local heroes. I first was introduced to Mike Campese when he opened for Yngwie's last tour, what a great show. Kinda reminds me alot of Paul in that he isn't tide down to one style and a is monster guitarist. He attended and graduated GIT and actually attended some of Paul's classes.

Anyway check him out at http://www.mikecampese.com/sounds/sounds.html
He posts clips from pretty much all his tunes, I highly recommend the tunes VIBE & AMBERAY.

I have his "Full Circle" CD which is a great instrumnetal disc full of lot's of variety. No two songs sound alike as Mike goes all over the spectrum with sound, technique and pace. Their's a naked woman on the back cover holding just a guitar waiting for you to buy this album.

3/4
