I thought it was pretty good :)

Few hics in the vocals here and there, but that could be the recording :)

Good work Mr Gilbertojosh... I like the mellow stuff :)

Thanks a lot man!!

The whole thing was done on my pc. Two mics split directly into the back of the pc...not the greatest setup but it works.

Thanks again!

Thanks man! I hope you enjoyed it!! We used Cool Edit Pro...super easy to use. You just have to take your time and be sure to not record everything really loud and it'll sound ok...

I'm sure it woulda sounded better if my pc was supa-dupa fast but it's not. It's a dinosaur, lol.

Thanks again for checking it out!

Pretty sick, Josh. I'll be honest though and agree that the vocals were a bit iffy here and there, but other than that pretty sick dude. And yeah, that's pretty damn good for a PC recording. You use cooledit? Dug your solo too, hopefully you aren't still complaining about your picking, haha :D Nice work.

PS: you need to get your ass on paltalk more often. 8)

Sup Larry?? What is the cool room in Paltalk?

Cool Edit is what I use, I dig it...it's pretty simple and sounds ok.

Thanks for checking it out guys!!

Yo Josh you already know what I think about it. Its a cool song, but not my cup of tea. Your guitar playing was executed nicely.

The singing... well, all I can say is that I know its really hard to find awesome singers in our age group. Your singer doesnt push his voice enough... I mean, come on dude, this is rock music; this is no holds barred.

Liked the solo, that's about it. Singer is weak, maybe ballads aren't his forte.

Most of us are usually in "Guitar Zone" or "Jazz Guitar Playing"(not always jazz playing going on though). Sometimes lots of people are on, sometime's no ones on. Really depends on your timing I guess. Sometimes it can be boring as hell, but sometimes it's pretty fun. The powersupply died on my computer so right now I'm not really on it much, until I get a new one.

Thats more like it!

Nice stuff.

The vocal work has improved... but there are still some hicks. The vocal melodies work, though.

Thanks Ryan!

In that song, I'm doing the vocals and what not. I'm by no means a good singer, but for what we do, I think it "works."

There is a blatent Gilbert lick in my end solo...funny stuff.

So when I say the "vocal work has improved," do I really mean that YOU are a better singer than your current vocalist?

I was judging the improvement next to the earlier recording you showed us.
