Is anyone going? Including the lads? Does anyone know who might be doing any of the after show parties?

Jorge!

I just talked to Joey today...told him I know Paul is there, still waiting to hear about Travulous, Alderete, and Jeff. I sent Jeff an email, I'm calling John tonight.

It will be cool to finally meet you bro!

PS...why aren't you helping Tafolla move? He's doing it all himself! Hook a brotha up!

Speaking of hooking up, in all my 19 years of playing music I've never been to NAMM. Anyone willing to hook a brother up with a pass? (It's time for the annual begging).

No Perry Mason. Jeff and I will have our names on our passes.

Scott Travis is at my house right now, and he'll be at NAMM too. John is on tour with Mars Volta, and won't make it.

Hi,

Have you guys seen the new Ibanez Vai acoustic??

http://www.vai.com/News/news.html

(couldnt find the image address)

Its rumoured to cost $1000 US. :(

Sorry, but i would not pay that for an Ibanez acoustic. Ive played a few and i would definately prefer a Taylor. My friend has an electro-acoustic Ibanez (it wasnt a top one) but still quite expensive. It sounds terrible.

What kind of acoustic did PG use for Gilbert Hotel?? Paul?

Mark

I saw Rich last night. He says nothing new really, just some European models available here in the US. There was rumored to be a new line of graphics models....maybe summer NAMM?

Check it out
