I personally think "The Ballad of John Henry" is the best one he's done. The Royal Albert Hall DVD is good too, I think he's a little more enjoyable live.

Black Rock is a great choice too.
The Royal Albert Hall DVD/CD is a superb live and live at rockpalast too.
and check the Black Country Communnion cds ,Joe rocks a lot.

Joe is the ultimate Bluesman.
