one the one hand, i think it sounds liek shit and i would never buy that (usually i like buckethead, stuff like soothsayer is awesome), but on the otherhand i think that its cool, as buckethead doesnt give a shit if people will like and buy his records, he just does what he wants.

You're the masochist type aren't you? Probably one of those non conformists who like to put strawberry jam on camembert cheese too. It sounds like he decided to ruin cool drum grooves by using all sorts of horrible screeching, blunt, digitalised sounds.

I think I would have possibly enjoyed the song if everything but the drums was removed...

Hearing these songs is like having a pine cone shoved up my ass. I can't believe this stuff was created by the same guy who released Pepper's Ghost, and songs off his other albums like Binge And Grab, King James, Night Of The Slunk, The Ballad Of Buckethead, and others masterpieces.

What, you too?
Jesus Christ, are there any normal people left out here?
Rich, Pao, are you guys with me on this one?
Racer X has been on hiatus for so long many of us have turned into zombies. They enjoy hearing horrible sounds similar to those you can hear in Tokyo, where the machines and devices harass you incessantly. I don't wanna be too sarcastic, but guys, you're actually puzzling me on that one.

Now that you put it this way, I think I can finally say something positive about this record.

Isn't that what Buckethead does? He writes some mainstram stuff and after that he writes more weird noise like this (which I kinda like :P).

I thought it was pretty good at parts and then a moment later it's not. The second song was definitely better then the first. I doubt I'll be buying the album.

not by not selling records, right?

I like the first tune, very weird in a cool way. Far from the artiest I've ever heard though, but very cool. It sounds almost like a trip-hop beat!

Take my opinion with a grain of salt though, since i like weird stuff (like avant-garde-ish bands, for example).
