Post Define your musical tastes with 5 songs.
Sorry for all the dumb threads, but I guess I'd like to know you guys more.

Post here, 5 songs, not 1 more, that would define your musical tastes. Do not post more than 5, because otherwise it wouldn't be possible to listen to all of them and know each other's musical personnality, I know, it's hard. Please post links to freely stream and listen to the songs, it would be interesting, I recommend youtube for that.

I'll start:

Scarified - Racer X
Midnight Mover - Accept
Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' - Michael Jackson
Beyond The Mirage - The Guitar Trio
Love Me Two Times - The Doors

I chose these songs because I thought they reflected my love for the technical, fast Neo Classical metal, classic 80's metal, 80's and 90's pop, Jazz and classical music and finally, old rock bands.

Dude, awesome thread! I really like this. Good thinking, man. But omg this is FUCKING HARD to do

Belanova - Rosa Pastel (for poppy stuff. This is actually electropop. Thanks, Erik Moreno 8))
Ella Fitzgerald - 'Round Midnight (This represents traditional Jazz and RnB, I suppose. But I also like hip-hop. Not rap, hip-hop)
The Brecker Brothers - Straphangin' (for fusion)
Jamiroquai - Space Cowboy (for everything funk)
Explosions in the Sky - First Breath After Coma (for experimental music)

I'd put in metal or whatever, but I suppose that falls under fusion. Ugh this was super hard.

Also, Jesus Christ it was so hard to look for songs on YouTube. Fucking copyright bullcrap.

I don't think I could possibly do this but I'll give it a try.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MScnfvqYNcw Led Zeppelin - What is and should never be: I love Led Zeppelin, this can also cover classic rock.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMxjvpZ7ISg Racer X - Street Lethal: Couldn't do this without including Racer X.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZyhB1-Yb4U Andrew W.K. - She Is Beautiful: Andrew W.K. is just great.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTpQOZcNASw Cannible Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face: This covers extreme metal.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbPTeFta4lw Shawn Lane - Gray Pianos Flying: For Shawn Lane and fusion in general.

There's so much more I'd like to add, I didn't get to cover traditional jazz, any electronic music and a lot of other music, but you're only aloud 5 songs.
